E-BIKE
WE ARE PRODUCER
OF ELECTRIC BICYCLES
FROM SOUTHEASTERN EUROPE
In recent years, every type of transport vehicle has seen a decline in numbers, except for electric bicycles.
The Asia Pacific region, particularly China, dominates and will continue to dominate the global market for electric two-wheelers, accounting for over 95% of sales in the next six years.
Europe is no exception to this trend, and Eurosport DHS has responded to this demand, becoming a leader in electric bicycle production in just two years.

CREATION AND DESIGN
We can adapt our products to meet customization requests from customers all over Europe, whether they are bicycles or e-bikes.
Our creative process involves colleagues who combine passion and years of experience in the bicycle industry.
Here’s how it works:
We analyze the received requests to ensure we understand the real needs.
We apply our expertise in designing to create the requested products that represent the customer’s vision.
Before mass production, we produce a prototype (sample 0) to validate the final order.
We use the best parts from our suppliers to ensure an optimal quality/price ratio for each product range.
At every step, we make sure to meet the customers’ expectations.
DESIGN IS THE PRODUCT OF THE MIND
CREATION IS THE PRODUCT OF THE HAND

PAINTING
We use electrostatic painting to provide color and durability to frames, forks, and other components. This method differs from conventional painting as it does not involve the use of solvents to keep the paint's content and binder in liquid form. The paint consists of a fine powder that electrostatically adheres to the surface and is then cured in ovens to form a protective coating.
WE DON'T JUST COLOR YOUR LIFE,
WE PAINT YOUR BICYCLE!

WHEEL PRODUCTION
Cerurim is Eurosport DHS’s partner responsible for producing rims and wheel constructions for bicycles.
With 16 years of experience and a professional team, the company produces nearly 1 million rims annually and continues to grow.
To ensure quality products for the Romanian and European markets, the company focuses on technological improvements in production halls, utilizing state-of-the-art machines and industrial robots.
Their technology includes cutting, drilling, profiling, painting, and more.
Cerurim’s efficiency helps Eurosport DHS deliver finished products to customers on time.
IF THINGS -AREN'T GOING SMOOTHLY,
WE'LL MAKE THE WHEELS!

ASSEMBLY
The assembly of a bicycle involves a standardized process.
Initially, the bicycle is presented as a project.
The project goes through multiple stages and approvals before receiving confirmation for mass production.
Components are determined based on specifications, user preferences, market demands, industry trends, etc.
The frame is designed and then translated into a computer where engineers calculate the strength at different force points.
The final shape of tubes, angles, and geometry is established.
Designers add personality to the bicycle through colors suitable for the intended users.
The series 0 assembly, which is the first bike – a prototype of the respective series, is created.
Series 0 is used for:
Checking the compatibility of components and material quality
Assembly verification
Usability tests
The bicycle must meet strict safety standards to ensure user safety.
If it meets all technical conditions and fits the established and approved requirements in the project, the bicycle is ready for mass production.
Mass production starts at the paint shop.
The frame is sandblasted and prepared for painting in the predetermined color.
Decals are applied according to the design sheet.
The frame is placed on the assembly line to receive the components at predetermined stages based on their functionality.
Each component works closely with others, and the assembly process follows the assembly steps.
WE DON'T JUST PUT WHEELS ON IT,
WE PUT SOUL INTO IT!

QUALITY CONTROL
The assembly process concludes with the approval of the quality team.
Inspection is done visually, tactically, and through usability tests, confirming compliance with internal quality standards.
If a bicycle does not meet these standards, it is taken to the service team for inspection, and depending on the errors found, the assembly process is repeated.
